Wondering how to destroy Road Barriers using the Cow Catcher or Battle Bus in Fortnite? This task is one of Fortnite's Week 3 Resistance Quests. But before you can destroy Fortnite Road Barriers using the Cow Catcher or Battle Bus, you need to know where to find Cow Catchers and what a Road Barrier is.

Fortnite Cow Catchers are a type of Vehicle Mod classified as a Misc. Item of Common rarity. Cow Catchers are a relatively new item, introduced for the first time in Chapter 3 Season 2.

Toss a Cow Catcher onto the front of a car to make it deal amplified damage when ramming structures, vehicles, and opponents. Additionally, Cow Catchers can be deployed on the ground to break pre-existing structures and serve as a form of on-the-fly cover.

Cow Catchers are primarily found in Tool Boxes. You'll find Tool Boxes at various locations throughout the island, but they're most common in garages and at gas stations.

If you don't feel like putting in the work to find a Cow Catcher, you can always just commandeer a Fortnite Battle Bus. The Armoured Battle Buses come pre-equipped with a Cow Catcher, so you don't have to put one on yourself.

Fortnite Road Barriers are the traffic barricades set up around all of the Imagined Order (IO) controlled territory. Road Barriers are designed to block off the entranceways and divert incoming vehicles.

Road Barriers come in multiple forms, from the "X" shaped hedgehog barriers to the standard metal wall barrier.

The points of interest (POIs) where you'll encounter Fortnite Road Barriers include:

These locations are all heavily fortified with Road Barriers.

We started our journey to destroy Road Barriers using the Cow Catcher by leaping out of the Battle Bus toward the Central Gas Station Landmark. We spotted a red Tool Box in the corner behind the gas station and opened it to reveal a couple of Cow Catcher Vehicle Mods. We tossed a Cow Catcher on the Whiplash in the garage and we were ready to go.

Tilted Towers, Coney Crossroads, and Condo Canyon are all quick trips down the highway from the Central Gas Station. Condo Canyon is the closest, so we put our foot on the gas and went on our way.

As you approach the entrance to any of these IO-controlled POIs, you'll be met with a staunch line of Road Barriers. Pummel the Road Barriers over with your Fortnite Cow Catcher to destroy them. Destroy five of these Road Barriers in total to complete the challenge.
