Pools have become an attractive selling point to home buyers ever since the coronavirus pandemic focused people more on staying home -- and having ways to entertain the family.

“Since everybody feels the pandemic is here to stay, outdoor entertainment is a huge plus and attraction for buyers,” said Jena Demarco of Crossroads Realty in Toms River. “A pool, a jacuzzi or an upscale patio is sometimes the highlight of the home.”
